We only share the information needed for shipping, to collect any extra payments or set up payment plans, to collect your feedback and reviews, to provide you with insurance quotes and policies, or to say thanks to a referring wedding business you've used.

To take your payments securely, send you a parcel or make our website work, we must use third-party apps and cookies. These provider will need some of your information from us but are required by Australian law to not misuse your information.

We use your mobile for SMS notifications for transactional notifications (order status, questions about your order, etc.)We do not use it for general marketing.

Enquiry and Order Information

When you make an enquiry or place an order with us online, we collect information such as your name, delivery address, contact details and wedding date. We use this information to help us contact you, make product suggestions and identify and process your order. We do not rent or sell your contact details to anyone. We share your information with third-party providers so as to ship your purchase to you, to collect your feedback and reviews and to take payments outside the website platform (for example extra add-ons to your purchase or to set up payment plans). If you've been referred to us by another business that you've used, we will share your details to confirm their referral.

Payment information

When you make a purchase through our website, customer credit card details are collected and stored by our payment provider Stripe and PayPal. Only the first and last four digits of credit cards are visible to Australian Wedding Rings to assist in identification of the customer. Where you opt for a payment plan using your credit card, your credit card number is handled but not stored by Australian Wedding Rings. It is stored by Stripe to facilitates recurring payments.

Downloads and Newsletters

When you create an account with us or sign up, we collect information such as your name, phone number and email address. We use this information to send you any information you have requested, to send you information we think may be useful, to send you updates on our products or services. If you no longer want to hear from us, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of promotional emails or emailing us.

Cookies and Pixels

When you visit our website, Cookies and Pixels collect information on how you use the site. Australian Wedding Rings, Google Analytics other third-party programs track and record information that your browser sends. This data may include: your IP address, pages viewed, product viewed, referring sites, time spent on site, product purchase information, geolocation and other statistics relating to browsing behaviours. This information does not identify you and is only used for the purpose of analysing and improve your user experience, product offerings, and to keep products in your wish lists and shopping cart. You can choose to block cookies through your browser. This will diminish the website’s functionality.

Contests and Promotions

When you participate in any of our contests and promotions, we will collect identifying information, such as your name, phone number and email address. We may also collect other non-sensitive wedding-specific information or judging criteria. We will use this information to notify winners and/or select winners. In some cases, third parties will be involved in the contest or promotion and this information may be disclosed to them. When this is the case, this will be clearly indicated in the contest of promotion terms and only made in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Accessing your information

If you’d like to know what personal information we hold about you or wish to update any of your details, simply email us. If you have an account on our website, you can also update your information by logging into your profile. If you’d like to have your personal information deleted, please emailng us and we will take all reasonable steps to delete all accessible information it unless we need to keep it for legal reasons.
