That’s okay, we’ll be happy to do so. We'll refund you 80% of the ring price to cover the melting down and refining of the ring we have started to make. If we haven't started working on it, we'll refund you in full. Refund will be made through the same method as purchase.

Not a problem, let us know within 7 days of receiving your ring. After that, it’s yours to keep.

We’ll refund you 80% of your purchase price. Your ring was made especially for you to your measurements, so this covers the melting down and refining of the ring you return. Sending the ring back is at your cost and the ring should be undamaged. Refund will be made through the same method as purchase.
